"Second time I've used Windsor Moving for a move. Once again, the company was extremely professional. On time and very careful with our stuff. Although I received an estimate again prior to moving, the price of my move changed in the middle of the move because I forgot to tell the owner beforehand that they had to also pick up at my storage unit (a sofa, weight bench and boxes). However, the owner called me in the middle of the move to discuss this change with me and the increase in price. I was surprised with how reasonable the additional cost was given that I was in no position to argue/negotiate. Kudos to a small business who doesn't take advantage of its customers!"
